Greengrip OY is a company located in Oulu (Finland) founded by climbers with a material chemistry research background in order to develop new, more sustainable materials for climbing holds manufacturing.
Our intention is to produce high quality climbing holds from novel composite materials by using more environmentally friendly chemicals, and lead the way in a new product development and innovation, while continually improving our environmental performance.
We are continually exploring new ways to manufacture climbing holds while, also,
developing and improving our materials in order to make lighter, safer, stronger, environmentally friendly, low cost climbing hold.
We pay a special attention to the health hazard chemicals used in climbing holds manufacturing. Each of our material types has been developed by Greengrip. All our materials contain less harmful chemicals than any polyurethane or polyester based climbing hold.
All our climbing holds are unique and 100% recyclable.
With our personal background in climbing and material chemistry research, we feel that we understand climbers and climbing holds.
