Greengrip is a company in Finland founded by climbers with a background in a material chemistry research in  order to develop new, more sustainable materials for climbing holds manufacturing.
Based on our personal background in climbing and knowledge of the material development, we confidently provide our customers with a high quality climbing holds, handmade from novel composite materials, by using more environmentally friendly methods, while continually improving our materials, in order to make lighter, safer, stronger, environmentally friendly, low cost climbing holds.

All our climbing holds are 100% recyclable.
While continually improving our environmental performance,  we pay a special attention to the health hazard chemicals used in climbing holds manufacturing. Each material type contains less harmful chemicals than any polyurethane or polyester based climbing hold, and is based on our "Safety Hold" material.
All colors used are food colors  - tested for presence of toxic materials, without heavy metals or any harmful substances.

All our materials are unique and developed exclusively by Greengrip.

Materials in our climbing holds
Greengrip climbing holds are based on macromolecules and novel polymeric material (no polystyrene, no polyurethane).  We use five different types of materials  (Composite Stone, Iceberg, LED, Fluorescent, Transparent) in hold's manufacturing, three different types of texture (stone, classic, elephant skin) depending on hold's type and size, and two different "outlook" type of holds (natural stone, classic). 
​Most holds are casted from natural rocks with no sharp edges.
